Not much to report for August, so this will be short.

I’ve managed to finish draft 2 of Descent:Diaspora, and shaved off around 5%, or in the order of 6,000 words. Admittedly it wasn’t a chainsaw edit, more like a gentle trim to make sure everything’s in the right place, but I’m hoping it’s more a sign that my writing’s improving (well, that’s the lie I’ll tell myself anyway).

Also managed 1,000 words of Descent:Deceit, so at least it’s underway.
